Pick Up & Shipping
We aim to get your purrfect supplies to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
All parcels include tracking number. Customers will receive a tracking number by email once the order is dispatched.
We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by shipping company.
Pick Up
Local pick up is available from Mulgrave VIC 3170, Monday to Sunday.
Our location is conveniently located within approximately 5 minutes of the Police Road exits from the Monash Freeway and EastLink.
Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a suitable pick-up timeframe. The exact pick-up address will be provided when your order is ready for collection.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice or misuse. Returns on custom or personalised items are only accepted if the item is faulty. Always supervise pets when using toys or accessories.
Custom Orders
We offer teaser toys personalised with your name or cattery name. Ensure all details are correct as these are non-refundable unless faulty. We are not liable for damage caused by improper product use.
