If a price or product description contains an obvious error, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected item. If we cancel an item after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid for that item and any delivery charge attributable solely to it.

Payment must be received in full before products are dispatched or made available for collection. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed in Australian dollars (AUD).
Delivery and Collection
Delivery charges and estimated timeframes will be displayed at checkout or otherwise confirmed before the order is accepted. Delivery timeframes are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed timeframe.

Pet toys and accessories must be used under appropriate supervision. Products should be inspected regularly and replaced or removed if they become damaged, loose or excessively worn.
Keep strings, feathers, elastic, small parts, packaging and other potential hazards away from pets and children when not in use. Follow all product instructions, warnings and care requirements.
Stop using a product immediately if it becomes damaged or if your pet shows discomfort or an adverse reaction. Seek veterinary advice where appropriate.
